The Consortium
Ndejje University is owned by the Church of Uganda (CoU) Dioceses in the Buganda Region through a Consortium called the "Ndejje University Foundation Consortium". The Consortium is registered as a Company Limited by Guarantee, not having share capital. It is responsible for appointing the Chancellor, the Vice Chancellor, the Chairperson of the Council and members of the University Council.
The Ndejje University Council
The overall administration of the University is vested in the University Council. Its membership is drawn from a cross - section of people, both women and men, with a commitment to the promotion of higher education.
